FIELD DAY – N.C.A.R.C. at Fred’s Tree Farm

We could really use some younger Guys to help save the Backs of our Aging Senior Members.

Saturday June 25th

HELPERS/VOLUNTEERS NEEDED. The preparing of the Barn itself requires an early team of people (8:30 to 10:00 am) to simply set the tables where they need to be for the operating positions. After that, starting shortly after 10 am the masts and all the wire antennas need to go up, as well as the GAP Titan Vertical.

Refreshments will be provided.

OPERATORS/LOGGING ASSISTANTS NEEDED from 2:00 PM SATURDAY THRU 2:00 PM SUNDAY for the Event itself. Let’s make a really GREAT SHOWING this year. THIS IS A TEAM EFFORT. Meals and Drinks will be provided during the event.

Sunday June 26th

At the close of the Field Day Operation, HELPERS/VOLUNTEERS will be GREATLY NEEDED to take down all the Antennas, Masts and GAP Antenna, putting everything back in its proper storage unit. When that is done, all the Picnic Table need to be transported back to their original place, and the Tractor Barn returned back to what it was early Saturday morning.

The Next NCARC Meetings will be PICNIC MEETINGS on
  July 14th and August 11th of 2022.
They are held at the Metropark Bonnie Park Facility in Strongsville, OH
and will be on the 2nd Thursday of the Month.
See MAP below. Please bring your own Food and Drink
Same Meeting Times: Trustees at 6:30pm, Membership at 7:00pm
The N.C.A.R.C. 224.760 and 443.150 Repeaters have been moved back to their regular location in

North Royalton, Ohio.
Thanks to all the hard work and abilities of Tom - K8DMM who has upgraded our Equipment Rack housing those Repeaters, and completing the Upgrading of the 443.150 Repeater to the Yaesu Fusion Repeater. We now have a Repeater Receiver which is "on frequency" on the 443.150 System.
Also a BIG THANK YOU to all those involved in that move on Thursday, September 2nd of 2021.
Give both Repeaters a try and enjoy.

Stay "Tuned" to the NCARC Information Net on Sundays at 8:00pm
for additional information and/or any changes.
